1 Definitions & General Provisions

In these Terms, "rbje", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the rbje online gaming service. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered individual who has created an account on this platform.

rbje operates in the Bangladesh market as a reliable and secure online entertainment platform. Our services include sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other online gaming activities.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the services at rbje, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• A user may only create one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• The account may not be used on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
• After registration, you may be required to submit documents for identity verification (KYC).

rbje reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend an existing account, particularly if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Ensuring the security of each account is entirely the user's responsibility. The following guidelines must be followed:

• Passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Using easily guessable or simple passwords should be avoided.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
• If logging in from a public or shared device, you must log out at the end of the session.

The user is personally responsible for all activity conducted from their account. rbje will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use by a third party if the user did not notify support in a timely manner.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on rbje:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed from verified accounts.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made only through a payment account registered in the user's own name.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Transactions through any method outside of these will not be accepted.

In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, rbje reserves the right to carry out additional verification and to place the transaction on hold.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

rbje provides bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after a total of ৳10,000 in wagers.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through improper means may result in the relevant account being closed.

rbje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the rbje platform are operated under fair play principles. Users must comply with the following conduct rules:

• Any form of manipulation, use of bots, or use of automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts is not permitted.
• Claiming abnormal winnings by exploiting technical errors in the game is not permitted.
• The platform may not be used for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other users to arrange bets ("collusion") is prohibited.

In the event of a breach of these rules, rbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts, forfeit winnings, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

7 VIP Program & Rewards

The rbje VIP program has three tiers available to active users:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

The conditions for achieving VIP tiers and the detailed rules for cashback processing are determined at rbje's discretion and are subject to change. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account and may be subject to specific wagering requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

rbje is committed to ensuring responsible gaming. Some important guidelines for platform users:

• Only wager money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
• View gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.
• Set deposit and spending limits for yourself and stick to them.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact our support team.

• Temporary service disruption due to technical errors or server outages.
• Transactions delayed or failed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Services affected by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond rbje's control.

In all such cases, rbje will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly and will keep users informed.

12 Account Closure & Changes to Terms

Account Closure: Users may request to close their account at any time through support. Any eligible balance in the account must be withdrawn before closure.

Closure by rbje: rbje may close an account without prior notice if there is a breach of the Terms, suspicion of fraud, or evidence of illegal activity.

Changes to Terms: rbje reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be given via the registered email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
